Standard Barrel Smoker

custom rolled plate steel 10-gauge drum smoker, 20'' diameter and 30'' tall. these are heavy duty and built to last. the standard version comes with 1.75'' mild steel intake tubes and 2.5'' mild steel exhaust vent. All welds on the deluxe version are done with MIG welding which leaves a slightly larger weld over the deluxe smoker which is TIG welded. The intakes and handle welds are all blended to a smooth finish on both standard and deluxe. 16'' diameter door with latch to make clean out easy and adding wood or water for a water bath simple as well. cracking the door open will also increase the heat to add a nice sear. all smokers come with heavy duty charcoal basket and heat diffuser with standoff handles that also accommodate a 9x13 pan for water bath (pan not included)
