Deluxe Barrel Smoker

custom rolled plate steel 10 gauge drum smoker, 20'' diameter and 30'' tall .these are heavy duty and built to last. the deluxe version comes with 1.75'' 304 stainless steel intake tubes and 2.5'' 304 stainless steel exhaust vent. 16'' diameter door with latch to make clean out easy and adding wood or water for a water bath simple as well. cracking the door open will also increase the heat to add a nice sear. all smokers come with heavy duty charcoal basket and heat diffuser with stand off handles that also accommodate a 9x13 pan for water bath(pan not included)
